Adobe acquired Figma for US $20 billion, roughly half cash, half stock. The news has put the tech industry, and the content design community, into a tailspin. Some are worried that this acquisition could mean an end to the free tier...arguably one of the biggest tools that put UX writers "in the room". Is Adobe going to kill it?
