2009 and despite a personal massive set back and the financial crisis I plunged into the world of self employment. Field of dreams \'if you build they will come\' couldn\'t have been more wrong.

It\'s a story of how I had worked for one of the most amazing employers ever; they had given me so much training, development and support.

But while I worked in the same building, the company was very different now and not in a good way.

I had lost my passion, my purpose and worse of all I was now in hospital!

In this episode you\'ll learn how it all happened and how despite the set backs once I returned to work I took redundancy and set up my own business. I must have been mad!
