Our amazing guest this week is Erika from The Sleep Dept. She is a trained sleep consultant for infants and parents, Can we get a Halleluiah from anyone who has had a baby that will not sleep!!!! Erika opens up about her own history with anxiety over the years, launching a new business, being pregnant and then a new mum to baby Jay! One of the tough roles that Erika often faces with infants and sleep is the topic of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), Erika provides a lot of information on SIDS awareness items or practices for expectant parents.
