As a spirit being that is housed in a physical body, you live in two economies at once: the world’s and the Kingdom’s. Which one governs your decisions?
1 John 4:5 (AMP) says:
“They proceed from the world and are of the world; therefore, it is out of the world—its whole economy—that they speak, and the world listens to them.”
The world speaks the language of consumerism: “Buy more, borrow more, spend more.” The Kingdom speaks the language of production: “Be fruitful, multiply, and subdue” (Genesis 1:28).
Every time you choose between consumption and production, you are choosing which economy you live under. Consumers stay enslaved. Producers step into dominion.
