On our third episode of the ICC, we review Amy’s pick for the month, the 2000 sports/romance/coming of age/Black drama film, “LOVE & BASKETBALL!” This classic stars two well known Black thespians, Sanaa Lathan & Omar Epps, who both put on performances that we were thoroughly impressed by. On top of the acting, we dig into how Gina Prince-Bythewood told this story and praise her for hitting it out of the park on her directorial debut!.. that's a baseball reference but oh well!
