Today in the guest chair we have the one and only Shanda Renee Hughes, Shanda (pronounced like Panda) is an author, speaker, philanthropist, kingdom influencer, Hollywood Makeup Artist, transformational coach and mentor.

She is the Founder of Wholly Empower LLC, which is a training and development company whose mission is to "Empower, Motivate, Inspire, and Transform" you completely. W.E. empowers one to identify their inner beauty, develop confidence to own it, and to step into their God given purpose and soar with confidence in life, relationships and business.

For close to 20 years Shanda has used her Bachelor in Psychology, and her Masters in Theology to cultivate both inner and outer beauty in the lives of women and girls. It is her strong belief that when one nurtures her inner beauty, her outer beauty can't be denied!
