  • The development of our reflexes from their emergence in utero though integration in the first few years of life.
  • The two main types of reflexes that coincide with either your fight/flight response or your freeze response.
  • The difference between a reflex that provides positive protection in the moment of stress compared to negative protection which leads to disintegration.
