They look at different examples of how love was shown throughout Scripture in the life of Moses, Paul, and most perfectly in Jesus. The guys encourage you to choose someone hard to love and show them agape love, be selfless towards others, and know that love is ultimately a choice. We see the perfect example of love displayed in Jesus dying on the cross despite humanity's hatred and sin toward a Holy God.
