We had three days to get back to planning, to searching for a long term rental, the perfect permanence we had dreamed of back in the states. Well, that I had dreamed of. And you know what we did? Absolutely nothing. We got no closer to finding that spot. In fact, our short stay in the concrete box was the most uneventful of our many, many rentals to come.
