I am joined by Mannie Campos from PDX. We talk about our experiences with mental health in the Latino community. We discuss things we are doing with our young children in order to break the cycle and be open about our struggles/fears about mental health. Mannie’s father past away at the time of this episode and he opens up. Even through it all, we are still here doing our thing.
