We sit down with Nurse Twannesha and Degaryia, as Twannesha speaks about the landscape of opportunities for black people in the medical field and how they are limited in advancement. We also speak about the disparities in proper treatment that black people and people of color receive at these facilities and  share experiences about these disparities in treatment at these facilities.
