Pip is a super-talented woman and the nut butter queen.  Just 31 and running one of the UK’s biggest nut butter companies in the UK.  Her inspiration: her love of peanut butter and not being able to find any in the supermarkets which were palm oil free.  She know supplies 5,500 stores and still growing.

Pip and I chat about how and why she set up Pip N Nut www.pipandnut.com (@pipandnut) and cover the challenges she faces with sustainability, outsourcing, building a team and more.  We also We discuss what the words entrepreneur, failure and success mean to Pip.

She shares her favourite hideaway with us and offers precious insights into how she addresses keeping well with running Pip N Nut.

We tucked into a whopping 180g bar of Tony’s Chocoloney Caramel Sea Salt which the producer then came in to tuck into.  Find out why she picked the bar on the show. Pip shares her new product with us … and yes, good news for chocolate lovers, it involves chocolate!

This episode I mull over how the landscape for women in business has changed from the time I set up my chocolate business in 2007.
