As big tech and social platforms enter the financial services space, banks and tech could be vying for the same customers.   But while social media platforms have a record of personalization, there are new questions of trust and whether finance and social mix.  And banks may have an advantage in being specialized.    We spoke with Sheila Kagan, the CEO of PayKey about the new dynamic between financial institutions and tech companies, and how a startup can find a place in the ecosystem.
