I feel like this book overall is extremely practical and can apply to so many of the obstacles empaths have in our daily life. I also talk about how important it is to understand that you are not an empath because you feel empathy and recommend watching "Inside the Strange Psychic World of Indigo Children" by VICE on youtube to kind of see how ridiculous it can look when everybody says they are indigo children for the sake of seeming special.
