On this episode, Tara dives deep into a personal experience that she didn't initially think she would share: breast implant illness. Having grown up during a time when Victorias Secret and Playboy played a major role in culture, Tara felt from a young age that she wanted breast implants. While she was young and impressionable, her desire to get the surgery extended throughout her adult life and after she had Sydni and Sophie. Following a relatively spontaneous decision to finally pull the trigger while Josh was on a business trip, she immediately felt the painful effects of the surgery. While it did take a while for the horrible side effects to subside, it finally did a few months later. As time went on, Tara started to experience odd illnesses that she had not experienced before.
