My 3rd solo episode! Never let a good crisis go to waste. When the world as we know it changes, that's the opportunity to evaluate who we are, and create something new. 

I had a similar experience when I volunteered in Bangladesh for 3 years... everything was different, and everyone I knew lived half way around the world. In this environment, I had no baggage, no set expectations for how to act, think, to show up in the world.
