Camille Walton is an energetic and enthusiastic certified career coach and facilitator. Before becoming a coach, Camille was a marketer with a unique ability to combine problem-solving, customer insights, and raw creativity to be an asset to organizations, from boutique consumer products and goods (CPG) manufacturers to large medical device companies.
While Camille’s marketing work was award-winning, revenue-generating, and groundbreaking, it was working as a Dress for Success Tampa Bay volunteer that Camille discovered her gift for helping clients enter or reenter the workforce. Her ability to connect with clients and build their confidence set her apart and began her impressive track record of employment placement. Camille’s efforts expanded to leading job readiness programs where her humor and engaging presentation style helped the organization exceed placement goals.
Camille currently resides in Tampa, FL, where she splits her time between a few organizations. She serves as Career Consultant and Webinar Facilitator for LHH and a Job Coach for Access Computer Training. She is also the Chief Alchemist for CareerElixir, her consulting business that provides resume writing and interview preparation. Camille has a degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from Duke University. When she is not helping clients, Camille can be found with her friends outside enjoying the Florida sunshine or at “barre” class. With nearly 600 classes, she is definitely a “barre” fanatic.
