There’s some songs I write that’s painful to write and it takes a lot out of me to sing because of all the pain I put in it. Then there’s some songs I write that’s full of joy and grace and gratitude so when I sing them, it fills with me up with good vibes and smiles. When I’m on stage or behind the mic, I feel at peace, I feel like I’m in my element and it’s important for me to choose to perform songs that I would love to sing forever because if I’m not liking how I’m feeling while singing than why would I choose to. That’s the sacrifice of an artist. Expressing every part of yourself, even the parts that hurt. Thanks for tuning in.
