GIN OF THE MONTH HERMETICA DISTILLERY GIN | HEALESVILLE, VIC
Nestled in the picturesque hills of the Yarra Valley, Hermetica Distillery unveils a gin that embodies the rich spirit of the region. The perfect mid-winter warmer, Hermetica Gin is a sophisticated and timeless spirit, credit to its juniper-dominant profile. Infused with festive accents of fresh pine needle (enhancing the earthy essence of juniper), zesty lemon, coriander seed, macadamia, and cinnamon, it's a festive nod to Christmas in July!
COCKTAIL EVERGREEN SOUR
Fresh pine adds a layer of crisp winter flavour to this sour, lifting the woodsy juniper notes. Lime juice brings some body and complexity to the sourness.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, without ice. Dry shake, then add a good handful of ice and shake again to emulsify. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with more ice or a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with the pine needles. Cheers!!
