This episode was recorded in April, a month after the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, was declared a global pandemic and the world had to go under lockdown to contain the spread of the disease. During this episode we talk about how we are coping with our new normal, what are our main challenges and silver linings, and what we look forward to the most. It is hard to put into words the roller coaster of emotions we have all felt thus far, but as always, we will continue to have raw, honest conversations in an effort to help others.
