On today's episode, Tianna chats with E.A. Hamm and they talk all about poetry.
Elizabeth Hamm was born and raised near Youngstown, Ohio, and has been writing since the age of eleven. Her first love, when it comes to writing, is poetry, and she has won several poetry contests which included being published two times in the Library of Congress. The titles of these poems are “Great Bald Eagle,” as well as “Remembering 9-11.” Elizabeth’s second love for writing is dramatic fiction, and she has been honing this skill now for several years. Right now, she is in the middle of a re-write of a historical fiction novel which she has now turned into a Young Adult historical/drama-filled novel. (title to be announced at a later date). Her first poetry collection, Colors of My Heart, will be coming out this fall and is a collection of poems she wrote in her adult life containing a myriad of emotions and thoughts on life in general.
In her spare time, you can find Elizabeth reading, creating content for her author platform, spending time in nature and with her two children, or watching a good movie or show on Netflix. Coffee is her obsession as well as her health as she has recently set out on a journey for her wellness.
