Networking has always been a struggle for me because I feel like I'm 'using' other people and not being genuine in the social interaction. I think I always try to be as genuine as possible. But still can't help thinking I'm being dishonest when in a networking environment. Flo's explanation in this episode might have helped me change my mind though?
