The Accident That Changed My Life

Today, I am sharing with you guys a story that I haven't really spoken about publicly. It is the story of a car accident that I experienced back in 2009 that completely changed the way I experienced my life for over 10 years!

I want to share the story of the accident, but also the physical emotional and mental challenges that came along with that experience.

I also want to share the work that I did to overcome the triggers and beliefs that controlled my life.

I hope that if you are someone who has experienced something similar, and you are maybe feeling trapped in the chaos of trying to navigate through a trauma like this that this episode brings you some hope and clarity to help you move forward.
