Criticism is so complicated.
When a loved one is acting in a destructive way, would you say something to her out of love and caring? If you do, she might recognize your act of love and appreciate your opinion on the situation. Or, she might cut you down; who are you to criticize her, what right do you have?
We get told to stay in our lanes and mind our own business all the time, which creates a very complicated scenario whenever we express our opinions.
In this episode I challenge you to take a new perspective on criticism and who’s actually to blame and how criticism doesn’t automatically default to a negative.
