Today we discuss something that Juliet and Lindsay both knew nothing about until a recent tragedy in Lindsay's world. Ella, Lindsay's dog, suffered heart failure due to feeding her dog a grain free diet. Listen in to hear more, its heartbreaking but Ella is on the mend. We just want everyone to know what happened because it CAN be avoided!

The GLAD Method.
Do you get looping unstoppable thoughts? Do you have one bad thought and it turns into a whirlwind of things that could or may go wrong? Well, we suffer from this a lot.
We are so happy to have found the GLAD method to help combat these looping and negative thoughts.
G: What are you grateful for today ( ooooh our favorite)
L: What did you learn today?
A:What is one thing you accomplished today
D: What has delighted you today.
The G.L.A.D. technique helps you focus on what's going right, not what's wrong or disappointing. This techniques is an acronym for ways of finding joy and balance by paying attention to the life around you in a more positive and self-aware way.
By asking yourself these questions you are able to remove those looping negative thoughts and replace them with something good.
