The title says it all. It's time to consider where you might need to be a little more open-hearted and open-handed. I noticed something that I didn't mention in the podcast: the guy who's hoarding the candy is holding it right in front of his chest. More evidence of closing off the heart, I'd say. The witch in the second card is holding her bucket off to the side, while giving candy to the trick-or-treaters freely. Are you blocking yourself from connection, or maybe refusing to share, or being stubborn? Are you protecting yourself from something? Are you afraid of not having enough for yourself? What would you need in order to feel safer? These are some things you might examine more closely, or pull some cards to help you discover your answers.
This week's featured deck is The Halloween Tarot by Kipling West, published by U.S. Games.
