On this episode I am joined by actor, singer, enthusiastic mover, and teaching artist, Kolby Kindle. Originally from Oklahoma City he grew up singing and dancing in the church. He received a BFA in Musical Theatre at Otterbein University and has  toured the world in 6 national tours, including Beauty and Beast, Dreamgirls, Sister Act, The Book of Mormon, Waitress, and the Australian company of Come From Away. He lives in NYC and loves dogs. We discuss tackling the boxes we put our own selves in, how change can be a wonderful thing, and how jumping in before you can even think about it brings the greatest surprises.
