Kris & David are guestless this week as we discuss the week that was June 2-8, 1991. We talk about booker/talent coordinator/color commentator Dusty Rhodes being removed from WCW television by Jim Herd and how that will affect his spot as a booker two big shows coming in the next several weeks. Also in WCW, we talk about the birth of Jim Ross' radio show on WSB in Atlanta, which was a big deal to Georgia’s wrestling fans. We also go over all the things going on in Japan, Mexico, & Puerto Rico before talking about the farce that was Derrick Dukes vs. Mark Gastineau in an alleged pro boxing match in Virginia, which was a pretty big deal at the time. We also have various updates on wrestling on ESPN and Herb Abrams' UWF, plus Eddie Gilbert being awesome in USWA, Demolition Crush showing up in Portland, and a major controversy erupting when the WWF kicked some newsletter readers out of a house show in Omaha, Nebraska and banned them from every returning. We’ve got an awesome show this week, so don't miss it!!!!
