David completed 3 Ironman Triathlons in Langkawi (2003, 2004 & 2014), 2 Challenge Family Triathlon in Roth (2016 & 2017) and numerous Olympic Distance Triathlons and Half-Ironman triathlons. Completed more than 40 full road marathons, including the Gold Coast (2006), Nagano (2015), Cape Town (2018), and the Marathon Majors: Boston (2007), New York (2007, 2011, 2016, 2017 & 2021), Berlin (2008 & 2016), Chicago (2009), London (2012, 2016 & 2021) & Tokyo (2011, 2012, 2014, 2018 & 2019). Awarded the 6-star Finishers Medal (for the Marathon Majors) and certification of completion. In addition to these full marathons, I have also completed 2 ultra-marathons at the Comrades Marathon in 2018 & 2019....and much more
