Urmi Hossain is the social media lead at the Victoria Chapter of the Women in Leadership Foundation, a Canada-based non-profit organization whose mission is to bring women leaders together to enhance leadership skills so that their careers can be further advanced. She is also a member of Toastmasters International and provided me with an impromptu toast toward the end of our conversation.
