Today we sat down to talk with Ester about her yoga and lifestyle brand Ujjayi. We thought we were going to be talking about deodorant, but boy were we wrong. Ester is a master of many trades. She has lived all over the world. She has 5 kids and to top it all off, she wrote a book called Interior Designer, which is less about homes and more about the fact that your body is your first home, and how to nurture it properly. And can I just say wow, what a conversation.

From living in London with a family of a husband and 5 children, to finding and conquering her inner power be realizing what actually made her happy she has been through it all! From interior designer, to party planner to business owner Esther shared her unique life experience with us and you! Her story is not only a battle with stress and everyday life, but also with figuring out her why.
