🫂 Become brutally honest with yourself about what you want - Remove "shoulds & supposeds to" + rules you heard outside + what is the "right/wrong" way of living your life according to society, your family, environment, etc.

🖊  Develop mindset practices  (journaling, meditation, being coached, therapy, talking to a friend) that help you understand what you really want instead of living your life on autopilot

❌  Drop the belief there is a "right/wrong" way of living your life. There is no greater authority judging you!

💖 Practice unconditional self-love 

💎 Incorporate new beliefs that support you, find mentors whose messages resonate with you 

✨ Deepen the connection to your inner guidance (it can be through mindset practices such as meditation, journaling, movement, writing your values, goals, vision, future journaling, visualization, etc.)

👉 If I was 100% honest with myself what would I want?

Question all the thoughts that start with: "I should.."
