Is the higher ed workplace ready for Generation Z? While the mention of Gen Z (like with any generation in its youth) may draw out audible groans from Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Millennials, there exists a big opportunity. Guest Bio: Janet Reeves-Wilson is a professionally trained coach who works with executives, managers, and their direct reports to develop their leadership skills, career goals, and self-development goals. She is also a student success coach and behavioral strategist. With a background in healthcare and 30 years of teaching experience in histology, Janet began coaching in 2014. She was moved by their ability to ask questions that led to profound realizations.
