Fran Sussman from Some Like it Small works primarily in dollhouse-for-a-dollhouse (also called 1:144th) scale. This means the objects she creates are 1/144—less than 1 percent the size of their real life counterparts!  She loves “repurposing” found objects, and uses a variety of materials, from wood, to metal, to glass and even fur and leather. Her wonderful work has earned her Artisan status with IGMA, the  International Guild of Miniature Artisans (igma.org). She has taught workshops at Chicago International, the Guild Show, and Philadelphia  Miniaturia, and accepts commissions.
