Season 4 Episode 1 is out! We started the year talking about Bullying. It is such a complex topic, and for what we know we need to get better not just talking about it, but helping our youth develop more empathy.

In this episode, we brought some official numbers from researches and we added to the discussion, our experiences as parents and martial arts coaches.

Is there any co-relation with school shootings or not? How stress and predisposition to antisocial disorders can affect both bullies and bullied students.

In Part 1 we tried to introduce some thoughts, and soon we will elaborate with more details other psychiatric factors that can influence this nationwide issue.
