The abduction of Shauna Howe is a tragic and well-documented case of a young girl who was kidnapped and later found murdered. Shauna Howe was an 11-year-old girl from Oil City, Pennsylvania, who went missing on October 27, 1992. For over a decade, her family went without answers. Until a DNA breakthrough in 2002 changed everything.
