Trang is a Melbourne based Physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach. Trang supports endurance athletes to reach their highest potential through her platform The Motion Mechanic, where she shares her coaching programs, podcast, and informative instagram account. 

 

This was a really inspiring chat and I loved that we got to speak about mindset, your sphere of influence and the power of coaching, as these are all areas I believe are really relevant to running. 

 

We also cover nutrition, personal development through training and a bit about Trang’s early days getting into running. Trang talks about running technique and some tips for beginner runners to keep in mind, common strength training mistakes that runners make and plenty more.
