This morning, Lydia spoke from Genesis 2:2-3 on the importance of Sabbath Rest. Lydia looked at the final verses of the first creation story and discusses the importance of sabbath and rest. She reminds us that Jesus is the best example of how to observe sabbath in our lives.

Reema then led the time of prayer, praying:

• That we will find extended periods of time to spend with God

• For people who are in busy stressful jobs, that they find time to rest and know God’s peace

• For real growth and depth in our relationships with God as we spend more time with him
