WHO IS JANET?

I'm a self-proclaimed fun expert, who proudly wears her heart on her sleeve.

I started Gymparty, a fun virtual wellness program that helps everyday people find joy in fitness and nutrition so they can stick to something that works for them. The program is inclusive, diverse, and community based - yet you still get that personalized touch.

I'm first generation to Vietnamese refugee parents, purple belt Jiu Jitsu student, and Disney enthusiast. These things combined creates an extremely compassionate, diligent person who appreciates details and loves to have a good time.
