This week, we were tasked with reflecting and predicting, and each wrote a letter to our future selves about life, career, relationships, kids, and maybe even buying a house?! Full of raw emotion, we get candid and share our honest thoughts and feelings while writing the letter, and where we see ourselves at 30, 40, 50, and even 65. The general theme of this episode is realizing how open and receptive we are to the future and that feeling healthy mentally, physically, spiritually is all we can ask for.
