Let's welcome newest OTB Team member Ezra Aderhold to the podcast!!! We found out about Ezra from Nate Perkins and after a few conversations agreed with Nate that he was a guy we should pick up and add to our team. He is an absolute crusher and should be creeping onto the scene a lot in the coming years. He hails from South Dakota and Barsby calls him the Dakota Kid.
