Today I talked to Aimee Hennessy of Inner Beauty Bestie and we chatted about how we can get lost after having children, we feel like we are in the thick of it and how we feel no one cares about us. We chat about postpartum and how that can effect us as women and also the boxes we put ourselves in due to society. We talked about how to change our mindset in different ways, how to put ourselves first, care about ourselves, all while still being amazing mama's and loving our families and us equally!
