Today our own Jay Siano interviews Jacquie Stone, vice president of real estate at Falcon Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate agency that exclusively works with retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants in real estate strategy, construction and development, marrying the big picture with the bottom line through a model of conscious business.
Jacquie joined Falcon Realty Advisors in 2015 and specializes in Tenant Representation. Jacquie’s focus is on market penetration, site selection and building new store growth strategies for existing and new clients. Jacquie’s passion for market research and assisting market entries, has helped her in executing those strategies.
Jacquie’s current Tenant Representation clients include: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Postino Wine Café, Twin Peaks, Salata, First Watch, Andy’s Frozen Custard, F45 Training, Luke’s Lobster and Chills 360 among others.
Jacquie graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Real Estate Finance. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
