For over 40 years, Jeffrey has practiced law with a focus on technology law and has taught at the University of Oxford and other graduate level programs in the Washington D.C. area here in the US. He's even testified before the US Senate! His recent cycling achievements include winning the 12-hr recumbent US National Time Trial Championship, 5th place overall in the 6-hr Nationals, and 1st place in the 12-hr recumbent World Championship in Borrego Springs, California.
