The dreaded “we all have the same 24 hours in a day” line - are you tired of hearing that? I was! While in our minds we are squeezing out every minute out of our day as best as we can, are we really being as productive? The truth is until we figure out where we want to spend our time, we won’t actually get a good sense of how much open time we truly have available. I did a bit of inventory on my non-negotiables (aka mama’s gotta sleep sometimes!), took account of where I wanted to invest my time (hello BIG audacious goals!) and I like to have fun, too. In today’s episode, I am sharing how you can apply this in your own 24 hour day to get the most out of your precious time. You are going to be shocked at how much time you truly have at your disposal when you do this activity.
