I had something else recorded and while I was in the shower I had the idea to record this instead. I realized the other day when I was doing dishes that I hadn't criticized myself or my house in a while and that feeling was weird to me. I'm not sure how I got here but I love it and these are my thoughts on the matter. Here's what I get into in this one:

- Being bullied as a kid for my appearance and how that affected how I looked at myself over the years

- The abuse I put my own body through to make it conform to an unrealistic image

- How weird I felt when I realized I hadn't criticized myself or my house in awhile

- Loving that my give-a-damn is busted now and I can just enjoy what I have and who I am
