Suffering is optional… but pain is not.
In this episode, I’m coming back to the mic after a period of deep integration, reflection, and honestly, a lot of inner resistance. I’ve been moving through intense energetic shifts, eclipse season, Mercury retrograde, and I didn’t want to rush to share before I had really started to understand what was unfolding within me.
This is me choosing to show up anyway. To stop hiding behind excuses and to speak from where I am, even if it feels vulnerable.
Today, I’m sharing a perspective that has been transforming the way I see life: suffering is optional.
What I Share in This Episode
- Why I took space before coming back to share.
- The resistance I feel as a creator and what it means to be seen.
- What I’ve learned from working with women across all walks of life.
- Why suffering exists in every level of society.
- Holding space for systemic realities while still honoring personal responsibility.
-The difference between pain and suffering.
- Why pain is inevitable, but suffering is something we participate in.
A Reflection I Invite You Into…
Where in your life are you experiencing pain… and where might you be choosing suffering?
