He is also the owner and operator of The Duplex restaurant located in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. Due to his passion for self growth, he completed his first real estate flip, purchased two Chicago lots, and a three-flat in Humboldt Park. Together discussed maintaining a healthy state of mind as an entrepreneur, how juggling multiply responsibilities place a great deal of stress on your mind and body, as well as the importance of dealing with unresolved trauma and how it can play a role in how you handle stress.
