Dr. Dennis is a community advocate, sociologist, criminologist, educator, researcher, and founder of 365 Diversity. I’m going to share all of her amazing work in the show notes.

We spend some time talking about Dr. Dennis’ work and background in the DEI space, the issues with the DEI committees and official statements that have so conveniently been forgotten by many organizations after 2020, and how organizations can determine whether a supposed DEI “expert” is worth the investment.
