This is a very honest letter that I wrote in hopes that it will reach Brian Chesky. Airbnb has gone through many changes in the last few years. Some of those changes have caused a lot of frustration among hosts and guests. Sometimes, when you are at the top of a company, you are detached from your customers. My hope is that this letter nudges Brian to reconnect on a deeper level with Airbnb hosts.
